ANNA Promotion - About us

ANNA Promotion is a Concert Management- & Promotion Agency for predominantly foreign bands of the rock-/pop-/metal genre. Our idea behind it is to enable smaller - in Germany still relatively unknown - bands to break into the German market through our services.

We support and assist our bands with all available possibilities. We’re aiming to make the complete “tour-experience” more pleasantly for the band, so they can do their job and enjoy the tour; we take care of everything else and serve as sole contact for the duration of the tour.

We’ll adapt our concepts and planning individually, spontaneously and flexibly to the needs and wishes of our clients. Ongoing and close communication as well as the individual, intensive and continuous support of the band is our main command. The total commitment to the band’s individual needs and responding to them as individuals as well as accompaniment up to the point of coaching, are substantial elements of our collaboration.

Tour Planning

     - Organization
     - Booking including contracts
     - Cost calculation and controlling of budget, as well as handling all money matters
     - Acquisition and taking care of sponsors

Tour Management

     - Band-Support on Tour
     - Agent between client, band, record label, organizer, technicians, booking, venues, media and all service providers

Promotion & Publicity

     - not only for the respective tour - i.e. we take care of announcements in the regional and national media as well as the acquisition,
        conception and managing of interviews
     - but also continuous band-promotion, which involves the creation and maintenance of the band’s official MySpace site as well as the
        band’s web presence, if required
