ANNA Promotion - Bands: Crash Course Highway

Biography:
Back to the day, when Tommy and Ziggy rocked together for a couple of years in the same band. After a couple of shots at being famous, which didn’t seem to lead anywhere and after the last member had left the band, they decided to found their own band. Tommy, Ziggy and the drummer of the former band created a real Rock‘n‘Roll band and gave it the name “Crash Course Highway”. Now all they needed was a singer.

In the meantime, Ace had played in various bands from punk to heavy metal, and was dreaming of joining his first pure punk-rock band. One day he was searching through some internet forums and found a message stating: “Rock-band Crash Course Highway searching for lead-singer”. Ace immediately called Tommy. After only one jam session they all knew, Ace was the man to lead this group.

Shortly after Ace joined the band, the current drummer was forced to move to England to continue his studies. Now looking for a drummer, Tommy called up a young man, who he had met at a friend’s party at which he’d told Tommy, that he was playing the drums quite well. Now it was time for him to present his skills. When the young man, Harry, came to rehearsals the pieces fell into place.

Today, a couple of years later, Crash Course Highway present themselves with their own new music style. It’s based on Harry’s hard drumbeats combined with Ziggy’s cruel but unique bass-lines, the riffs squeezing the roots of Rock ‘n’ Roll and Ace exploring strong vocal chords. The four rockers – Ace, Tommy, Ziggy and Harry – are now ready for their shot at being famous and are challenging you to accompany them on their journey. Where it will lead, nobody knows...
