ANNA Promotion - Bands: T.A.P.

Biography:
We are T.A.P. (Tales About People) from Tampere (Finland) and have been together as a band since 2004. Juha, Aapo, Sepi and Larry (all 20) are childhood friends and have known each other since elementary school. They’ve played music together for more than 10 years now. In the summer of 2006 Ano (24) joined the team as drummer, through which the final line-up of the band was settled.

We have succeeded to win the DemoFinals in the national radio channel called YLEX and reached the Top-5 in the hit list. At Meteli.net we’ve been number one in both single and artist hit lists for two weeks.

Our latest single ”Careless” was released in January 2008 and includes two songs (Careless & Mirror), which was recorded and mixed by Jari Latomaa in Deerhouse Studios at the end of last year.

In spring 2008 we toured outside of Finland (TREvolution 2008) for the first time and played 7 gigs in Germany, Czech Republic and France. The tour was a blast so check out our tour diary (available at http://tapband.blogspot.com/) as well as the TREvolution photo album on our MySpace site. In total we have played around 100 gigs so far and at www.tapband.net you can see where, when and with whom we’re going to play in the future! On our site you can also find a listing of our previous gigs, not the very oldest though.
